Our Butyl–EPDM–Aramid–EPDM multi-layer hose is engineered for high-performance automotive and industrial applications that require exceptional heat resistance, pressure resistance, and low permeability.
The inner layer is made of Butyl rubber (IIR) to provide excellent gas tightness and chemical resistance. The middle layers consist of EPDM rubber for thermal stability, while the reinforcement is built with Aramid fiber (Kevlar) to ensure superior burst strength and durability.
The outer EPDM cover protects the hose against ozone, UV, and long-term aging, making it ideal for harsh under-hood environments.
High Temperature Resistance: Suitable for continuous use from –40°C to +150°C.
