Since over 13 years, our R&D and production departments are always having devotion to all types of rubber hoses. Now the tolerance of inner tube diameter is controlled lowest to +-0.1MM.
You can see, covering 10000 square meters, our factory has complete production lines of rubber mixing process, cold feeding material extrusion process, micro wave vulcanization process, and high-speed braiding process.
In 2019, we have set dust-free workshop and obtained CE, I S O 9 0 0 1:2015, and TS 16949 certificates.
